The Scarborough Self Storage facility was opened in 2005 and has added four additional buildings since. The two newest buildings were added in 2012 and both are heated storage. Conveniently located on Beechgrove Drive, we are situated directly next to Beechgrove Park and Janellan Ravine Park.

Customized storage units can be constructed to accommodate these (larger area) needs and XYZ Storage may be able to provide racks and shelving if needed. Clients may make use of fax, copier and wi-fi services. The self storage staff will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge to their customers.
Heated self storage units starting at $25.00. The Scarborough self storage facility also features on-site moving truck rentals, blankets and moving dollies. The storage facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection/storage, packing supplies and moving/storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit. Move-ins/outs are prorated to the day, with no advance notice needed, and the rental term is per month (not 28 days/4 weeks).
